The brain is the master organ of the human body. Just like a computer has what’s called a Central Processing Unit which carries out the instructions of a computer program, the human brain similarly has the same capacity which can take all the information relating to the body’s internal and external environments and produces appropriate responses. In a nut shell that means your brain can affect the way your body functions; concentration, understanding speeches, recognizing objects, memory and so on and so forth. That’s the beauty and plus some. But on the flip side, we do also have to realize if not properly taken care of, the brain can loose vitality, thousands of brain cells get demolished (each day mind you) .On top of that human are never immune to stress and so therefore anxiety, boredom, stress fear, poor diet, lack of sleep and lack of exercise creates depression, memory loss and host of so many problems can take toll and Oh boy, let's not forget drugs, alcohol and smoking.The cures are all science and medicine. I will leave it to the Doctors. Ultimately you are your own doctor so do something about it to take care of yoursel at least the little stuff that you can control such as understanding the way you think. Whatever your brain takes in will ultimately decide how healthy you are and ultimately doing everything you can to stay on the offense in that department. So many people are just stressed out. Yes there are so many problems but we fail to realize that the answers to most of the problems are there right in front of us. You radiate that positive energy, you look good, you feel good, you have a good outlook on the day, a positive attitude, your outlook on life is impeccable, your perception is quite different than other days. You are more efficient, productive, joke a lot with others, smile a lot, laugh a lot, everything you touch turns into gold. You are so good that you can even call yourself James Marshall and just tell people that you found the 1848 California Gold Mine. You are now untouchable .Watch out now! Guess what, people feed of that. Its contagious, It’s called the Law of attraction at its finest which means less resistance externally at least dealing with people. You consistently take care of your self throughout the day. You are basically planting your seeds and actually enjoying the fruits of your labor instantly

And when your day is done, you look back and say DAMN that’s was a good ass day! And then there are days where you are feeling miserably, you have neglected that formula for attaining that livelihood, you play catch up on a lot of things, You abandon your self, then you have the audacity to be hard on yourself or complain. In fact, you accuse others or simply self sabotage.You take yourself to court (mind you all in your mind) you play the jury, perpetrator, judge prosecutor, lawyer and just crucify yourself. Ultimately you convict yourself to some odd years to prison
